Leah N. Wade, founder and principal of LCG, is a skilled strategist with over a decade of experience in organizational development, philanthropy, and nonprofit management. Leah supports high-net-worth individuals and families, leading portfolio management activities and designing operating systems to advance strategic initiatives.

Leah is a 21/64 Certified Advisor, Council on Foundations Career Pathways Fellow, EMERGE America’s Young Leaders Cabinet member, and a Child Defender Fellow with the Children’s Defense Fund. 

Leah is a graduate of Texas A&M University, University of Connecticut and Georgetown University. Leah is a native of Houston, Texas. In her spare time, she mentors to middle school and college students, and is an English Bulldog mom.
